Fitness - Strength and Striders

Join us for an outdoor circuit training and walking class at Tawasentha Fitness Court. The first half of class will focus on a full body workout. You will move through seven timed stations on the fitness court. Exercises in the circuit are designed to help you improve strength, muscle endurance, agility, flexibility, and balance. The second half of class will focus on walking in the park to improve cardiovascular health. A warmup, cool down and modifications are provided. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class promotes a positive, supportive environment while helping to improve strength and stamina, and enhance overall well-being.

• This program is designed for all activity levels with modifications offered.
• Please bring water and wear comfortable, breathable exercise clothing and sneakers.
• Fitness court programs are subject to cancellation due to extreme heat or inclement weather. Check your email prior to class for updates.
