Pickleball Court Rules
• Courts are open for public use daily between 12:00pm and dusk.
• Courts are to be used for pickleball only.
• Use at your own risk. Surface may be slippery when wet.
• Wear non-marking athletic shoes.
• No roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or pets are allowed on the courts.
• No food, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages.
• Albany County Parks and Recreation Department must approve any organized or commercial activities.
• All scheduled Albany County Parks and Recreation programs and rentals have priority.
• All are welcome to play!
Reservations
• Reserved play is from 8am-12pm daily
• Reserve 1-hour slots on Albanycountyrecdesk.com (Max 2 reservations per week)
Open Play Guidelines (Daily from 12 p.m.– dusk)
1. Play is open to all ages and all skill levels.
2. Players should play on a court with others of similar skill levels.
3. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note:
When courts are full, use the paddle queue system.
The paddle queue system:
• If there are no open courts and players are waiting in the paddle queue, play with four players to a court,
• Play games to 11 points.
• The winning team remains on the court. The losing team rotates out and places their paddles at the end of the paddle queue. The two players at the top of the queue rotate in.
• All players who have been on the courts for two consecutive games must rotate out.
